Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Mainline Group LLC public website. Vehicle program terms are set out separately in the Drive Lane Vehicle Access Agreement, which controls in case of conflict with these Terms.

The website is intended for adults aged 18 or older with the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Vehicle rental through the Drive Lane program requires a minimum age of 21 and other qualifications described on the Requirements page and in the Drive Lane Vehicle Access Agreement. By submitting an application you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

"Drive Lane" means the weekly vehicle access program operated by Mainline Group LLC. "Approved Driver" means an applicant who has cleared screening and signed the Drive Lane Vehicle Access Agreement. "Vehicle" means any motor vehicle assigned to an Approved Driver under the program.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to submit fraudulent information. You agree to provide truthful information during application and to update us if material facts change.

Drive Lane requires a refundable security deposit and weekly payments collected via auto-pay. Failure to maintain auto-pay or to fund the weekly payment is grounds for default and vehicle recall as specified in the Vehicle Access Agreement.

You consent to continuous telematics collection from the assigned vehicle. Telematics data is used for program compliance, asset protection, billing, and lawful disclosures.

Drive Lane vehicles are single-driver only. Subletting, ride-sharing the vehicle to another driver, hauling commercial cargo, off-platform commercial use, smoking, or using the vehicle for any unlawful purpose are prohibited and constitute a default.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mainline Group LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mainline Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website. Liabilities arising under the Drive Lane Vehicle Access Agreement are addressed in that agreement.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state courts located in Arlington County, Virginia, unless federal jurisdiction applies or applicable law requires a different venue. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in Arlington County, Virginia, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section prevents Mainline Group LLC from seeking emergency relief, recovering or securing a vehicle, filing a police report, pursuing collections, filing in small claims court, or taking action required by law, insurer, or safety circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
